The role of the Steward
BASIC PURPOSE: The Steward is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Stewarding team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every piece of silver shines and every plate sparkles. Stewarding ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the "heart of house" clean and safe.
Applicants must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation. The Steward position is physical by nature and requires the applicant to be able to lift up to 50lbs. Repetitive motion and movements are essential functions of this position.
This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. This position does require authorization to work in the United States.
