Job Description Childcare Center Bus Driver -- Garner, North Carolina Your role As a Bus Driver at Child Development Schools, you will support our center by providing safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and/or activities. You may also be supporting classrooms, working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun. What your day looks like: Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports Maintain a safe Bus environment Pay and benefits Pay: 13-15 per hour, based on experience and education.
