Job description

Central Dispatching Unit

Contact customers after claims are filed to schedule inspections
Provide professional, friendly service on every call
Review claims and gather or update any missing or pending information
Coordinate and dispatch inspections and supplement assignments
Handle incoming calls from body shops requesting supplements
Enter information quickly and accurately using multiple systems
Support the team with additional tasks as needed
