Your role at MOBE In addition to regular Guide responsibilities, this role will support the Guide Managers in a variety of tasks and provide mentorship and guidance to team members. The Lead role functions as a Guide up to (50% of the time) and leader up to (50% of the time) within the Guide organization.

Time spent in Lead role and responsibilities will vary depending on business need and capacity and must be a full time, 40 hour/week position . Responsibilities Partner with the Guide Managers to support Guide performance through call listening, evaluations, coaching conversations, and development planning, helping build a culture of continuous growth and accountability. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), competencies, participant experience, and professional development, supporting Guides in achieving both current performance expectations and long-term career growth.

Foster strong, trusted relationships across the team through regular touchpoints, team meetings, 1:1 conversations, and digital communication, serving as visible and approachable leadership. Conduct portal documentation and quality audits to identify trends, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and recommend opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate closely with Learning & Development, Guide Managers, and cross-functional partners to support training initiatives, onboarding, and ongoing skill development activities.

Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, calibration discussions, Guide mentor meetings, and other leadership forums as requested, ensuring clear communication, engagement, and alignment to business priorities. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for Guides by providing guidance on systems, processes, workflows, participant support strategies, and technology-related challenges. Actively participate in the At-Risk Support Team, providing leadership and support during Emergency and At-Risk situations for all frontline team members.

Demonstrate commitment to professional growth through Leadership Development opportunities, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), mentorship, and continuous skill building. Identify performance, operational, and participant experience trends within the team, proactively bringing forward thoughtful recommendations and solutions to improve outcomes and team effectiveness. Lead through change by anticipating business needs, communicating effectively, removing barriers, and helping teammates navigate evolving priorities with resilience, adaptability, and a positive mindset.

Support workforce planning and team success by identifying emerging talent, encouraging development opportunities, and helping cultivate future leaders within the organization. As assigned, lead and contribute to special projects, process improvement initiatives, and change management efforts that drive operational excellence and support organizational priorities. .
