Job description

Job Description: Classic Optical's CS Rep acts as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices. They are responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. In addition, entering in vision prescription orders and investigating existing ones is part of their duty.
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements: Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening.
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening. Experience with Microsoft Office products a plus.
Required levels/ Years of Experience education - Highschool diploma/4+ years of customer service experience.
