Direct Protection Security, Inc. is a leading ADT Authorized Dealer looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions
  • Build rapport and confidently close sales over the phone
  • Explain products, pricing, and promotions
