This position begins with required in-office training. After successfully completing training, employees transition to a hybrid/remote work schedule. Company equipment is provided upon completion of training.
What You'll Do

As a Client Intake Specialist , you'll create a positive experience for prospective clients through professional communication, active listening, and thoughtful problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly present and explain the firms legal services to prospective clients
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with individuals who have expressed interest in legal assistance
  • Achieve client onboarding and outreach goals within established timelines
  • Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
  • Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

  • Confident, compassionate phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly
