NOW HIRING: Remote/Hybrid Patient Lead & Call Coordinator

Coweta Hearing, Tinnitus & Balance Clinic and Fayette Hearing & Tinnitus Clinic are looking for a professional, personable, and highly dependable Patient Lead & Call Coordinator to help us connect with prospective patients.
This position will primarily involve:
  • Responding quickly to new patient leads generated through our websites and marketing

  • Making outbound calls to individuals who have requested information or expressed interest in our services
  • Answering and handling inbound phone calls

  • Scheduling appointments and helping prospective patients take the next step
  • Following up with leads who have not yet scheduled
  • Accurately documenting calls, follow-up attempts, and outcomes
  • Providing a warm, professional first impression of our practice
This is NOT cold calling. You will primarily be contacting people who have already reached out to us, submitted their information, or expressed interest in hearing healthcare services.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal person is:
  • Exceptionally comfortable and confident on the phone
  • Warm, friendly, professional, and persuasive without being pushy
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Reliable about following up with leads
  • Organized and comfortable working with computer-based scheduling and communication systems
  • Able to speak clearly and professionally
  • Comfortable asking for the appointment and helping patients overcome hesitation
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
Previous experience in medical scheduling, healthcare, dental/medical front office, patient coordination, inside sales, lead follow-up, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus.
Work Location
This position may will be hybrid (some at home, some at Newnan office, some at Peachtree City office)
For remote work, you MUST have:

  • An environment without background noise, children, television, pets, or other interruptions during working hours
  • The ability to communicate with patients confidentially and professionally
Because you will often be the first person a prospective patient speaks with, professionalism and phone presence are extremely important.
Schedule: 8:30-4:30 M-F
