A Call Centre Representative is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls on behalf of a company. Their duties typically include answering questions, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products or services. They use scripts and databases to assist customers efficiently, aiming to provide excellent service and maintain customer satisfaction.
