Manager Sourcing & Procurement

Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice helps organizations turn strategic sourcing and procurement into a driver of business value. This role focuses on direct materials sourcing and cost transformation, helping clients improve cost, strengthen supplier strategies, and enable procurement transformation through process, analytics, and technology. The Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Manager will work across strategy and implementation, supporting clients with category insights, operating model improvements, and technology-enabled procurement solutions. Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/2026.

Work you'll do As a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development
  • Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and recommendations for client executives
  • Managing multiple workstreams and leading onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment
  • Supporting transformation initiatives using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua
  • Assessing category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and cost improvement opportunities

The team Supply Chain & Network Operations brings together practitioners who help clients improve how work gets done across supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and operations. Teams work across strategy, transformation, and implementation to help organizations improve efficiency, manage cost, and support growth. This practice includes capabilities such as Smart Factory, Strategy & Innovation, Supply Chain Responsiveness, Sourcing & Procurement, and Product Development & Operations.

Qualifications Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation
  • Experience with spend analytics, Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management
  • Experience leading project teams or workstreams
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Experience with should-cost modeling for direct materials
  • Experience with strategic sourcing for direct categories
  • Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis and spend analytics
  • Experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier risk management
  • Experience with eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, or iValua
  • Experience developing total cost of ownership models

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $155,600 to $306,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
