Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join our Contact Center team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in financial services, member support, and customer care.

With a starting wage of $19.15 - $21.40 per hour, no previous banking or credit union experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and professional development opportunities to help you build the skills needed for success while making a meaningful impact on our members' financial journeys. Training for this position takes place on-site at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Attendance on-site is required for the entire training period. Once training is successfully completed and performance expectations are met, employees may become eligible to transition to a work-from-home arrangement.

What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource for our members by providing personalized support, answering questions, and helping them find solutions that meet their financial needs. In this contact center role, you will connect with members through multiple communication channels while creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional member service through phone calls, chat, email, and secure messaging
  • Assist members with account questions, account maintenance, and service requests
  • Resolve concerns by providing accurate information and timely solutions
  • Support debit card services, account updates, mobile deposit verification, and other banking needs
  • Educate members on financial products, services, and digital banking tools
  • Identify opportunities to recommend solutions that align with members' financial goals
  • Maintain accuracy while following banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet service expectations and member satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Create positive interactions that strengthen long-term member relationships

What We're Looking For

Schedule

This position is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Team members also participate in a rotating Saturday schedule from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
