Location: East Syracuse, NY, 13057
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm; Hybrid flexibility available after training
Education: HS Diploma/GED required
About the Role
Join our dynamic Product Registration Team as a CSR Call Center Representative, supporting our distributor network, dealers, and homeowners. You'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional pre-delivery and after-sale support, ensuring customers experience smooth product registration and warranty processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value customer satisfaction, and are eager to develop your administrative and communication skills, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Guide distributors, dealers, and homeowners through product ordering, availability, and delivery processes
- Provide clear website navigation instructions for online product registration
- Register equipment for customers who lack internet access
- Accurately input product model and serial numbers into company systems
- Communicate warranty coverage updates and confirmations
- Make corrections to product registrations as needed
- Refer customers to appropriate contacts when issues fall outside registration scope
- Liaise with Distributor Warranty Admins via email, Salesforce cases, and telephone
Required Skills and Experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
