Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Call Center Team Lead) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Handle large volumes of calls daily.

Document customer issues and resolutions.

Meet established call metrics and KPIs.
