Member Consultant

We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented Member Consultant who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and building meaningful relationships. As a Member Consultant, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our members through phone and virtual channels, providing exceptional service while identifying solutions that support their financial success.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding service to members through inbound and outbound phone calls and other virtual communication channels.
  • Answer member questions and resolve account-related concerns professionally, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Assist members with a variety of account and service requests while delivering a positive call experience.
  • Maintain accurate member account information and ensure records are up to date.
  • Conduct proactive outreach calls to strengthen member relationships and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.
  • Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.
