Are you looking for a part-time position with the ability to earn up to $200+ working 5-6-hour shifts? Then this could be the PERFECT position for YOU! Air Services has an exciting opportunity for Weekend Event Leaders/Customer Service Experts!
We are building a team of top-notch weekend event staff to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores in Branson! We are looking for fun, outgoing, energized, MONEY MOTIVATED individuals to join our team! We offer GENEROUS HOURLY pay with UNCAPPED COMISSION that's paid weekly!
What you will do:
As a weekend event leader, you will be driving brand awareness by having face to face conversations with potential customers about their heating and cooling needs with our contracted retail stores!
Participating and helping to build our brand at Home Shows, Festivals, and Community Engagement Events will also be a part of this role.
No appointment setting! You will be gathering homeowner's information which is then submitted through our portal! Our team of call center representatives will then reach out to customers to set them up a date and time that works best for them! We offer FREE in-home estimates for heating and cooling replacements and Water treatment Systems. We also offer greatly discounted seasonal safety maintenance checks on their heating and cooling units!
What WE offer:
  • Guaranteed base hourly pay PLUS weekly commissions and monthly bonuses!

Schedules:
  • Weekends Only
  • Saturdays and/ or Sundays - You can work one weekend day a month OR every weekend! YOU CHOOSE! This is a great opportunity to make extra money without the stress of having to work every weekend!
  • Hours typically fall between 9am and 4pm!

What you bring:
  • Previous customer service, sales, brand ambassador, marketing, and/or home show experience.
  • Goal Oriented and MONEY MOTIVATED
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently or with a team!

Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
