Job description

CONVENIENCE CENTER OPERATOR-PT

Under direct supervision, operates all aspects of the Convenience Center collection of solid waste, recyclables and miscellaneous specialist waste according to procedure manual. This position directly serves the public by performing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a convenience center. Reports to the Manager of Solid Waste. High school diploma or GED and one year of experience in a public service job; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service and light equipment operation preferred.
