JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Activator is responsible for making and receiving customer calls who have purchased a package with Spinnaker. The Activator is tasked with influencing the customerโ€™s travel dates to align with the needs and availability of the resorts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to book date of travel for getaway package
  • Maintain a minimum number of bookings as determined by management
  • Participate in training as required
  • Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
  • Perform other related duties & special projects as requested


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be computer literate


OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS

  • Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing
