REMOTE – Must be able to work a flexible schedule and weekend (Saturday) hours. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:
$20.00/hour plus generous weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly performance incentives, along with a full suite of benefits including health, dental, and 401(k).

Job Overview:

The Call Center Representative plays a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and upholding Stronghouse's reputation for service excellence. In this role, you will interact with customers to provide information, schedule appointments, address inquiries, and help resolve concerns. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional, friendly, and proactive service in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team, while interacting professionally with potential customers in a call center environment.
  • Following up on leads to support and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Serve as a positive, energetic first point of contact for the Stronghouse brand-engaging customers, capturing details, and preparing the field team for success.
  • Converting inbound and outbound calls from online lead forms into scheduled appointments for the appropriate market.
  • Coordinate with local brands/divisions to ensure in-person sales appointments are properly scheduled with the correct sales representative.
  • Once appointments are made, collect additional customer information to support accurate lead qualifications and help prepare the sales team for the in-home consultation.
