Job Description

Toyota of Cool Springs is seeking a well-spoken, friendly, and customer-centric call center agent.ย ย 

SUMMARY

Provide truly exceptional customer service in a fast paced workย environmentย at a high volume dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming callsย promptly and professionally
  • Obtains customer and vehicle information
  • Creates appointments for vehicle maintenance, service and recalls
  • Makes outbound calls to existing customers to follow-up on recent service and schedule next appointments

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude
  • Well-spoken with previous call center/receptionist experience
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Must be able to multi-task
