American Home Design is hiring Part-time Remote Call Center Agents from 11am - 7:30 to schedule appointments for our sales team. Our agents are responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have shown some interest in our products and scheduling a free consultation with them. We have a robust marketing program that brings in new leads everyday. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great opportunity while working remotely with a fun team!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments.
  • Utilize our scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners on why they should get more information.
  • Overcome objections with provided rebuttals.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in the face of rejection.
  • Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
  • Make notes in our CRM regarding your conversation

Job Requirements:
  • Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home.
  • Must have your own computer with reliable high speed internet and a headset.
