What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups regarding medical inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits.
  • Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.
  • Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
  • High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills

Qualifications: 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience (Required - no exceptions!) Strong attention to detail & accuracy Knowledge of medical benefits, Prior Auth, EOB's preferred but not required. Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
