Business Development / Customer Service Representative

Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a Business Development / Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound sales calls and emails and set appointments/answer questions for new vehicle sales department
  • Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
  • Follow up with customer requests and questions by discussing with management team
  • Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
  • Must be ready to spend day on phone and computer all day
  • Sales focused opportunity

Qualifications:

  • At least one previous role based in customer service or call center required
  • Previous dealership BDC experience and Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus!
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
