Bilingual Call Center Representative

Peak Dental Services is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team full-time!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $18-$19/hr depending on experience

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls from new and existing patients
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between offices and staff
  • Assist patients by answering questions, transferring calls, and updating account information
  • Work with multiple dental systems to efficiently manage appointment schedules
  • Maintain call quality standards and meet call center KPIs
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring every patient feels valued

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of recent experience as a Call Center Representative or in an administrative role
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Medical setting experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and helping others!

Pay Range: USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
