We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our Baskin-Robbins team!

The Cake Decorator plays a key role in crafting and decorating our signature ice cream cakes and frozen desserts while ensuring each item meets Baskin-Robbins’ standards of quality, freshness, and presentation. This position combines artistry with precision to make every guest celebration a little sweeter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, decorate, and finish ice cream cakes, pies, and frozen desserts to order and for display.
  • Follow Baskin-Robbins’ standard cake designs and portion guidelines.
  • Write personalized messages neatly and accurately on cakes.
  • Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and stored properly following food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cake decorating area.
  • Take custom cake orders, ensuring clear communication of customer requests.
