Job description

Job Overview
Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Training Execution and Support Associate to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for our aircraft and facility detailing operations. This role works closely with the Training Manager to ensure all training content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards, aviation safety requirements, and customer expectations across our private, commercial, and MRO service verticals.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented, comfortable working in an aviation environment, and capable of supporting both technical and operational training needs-including aircraft exterior/interior detailing, facility maintenance standards, FOD prevention, chemical handling, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Execution & Support
  • Support the Training Manager in building and maintaining training programs that cover all Foxtrot service verticals: Private Aviation, Commercial Aviation, MRO detailing, and Facility Services.
  • Assist in developing training content for aircraft interior cleaning, exterior wash procedures, brightwork, lavatory service, chemical use and dilution, equipment operation, hangar/facility care, and general safety.
  • Track attendance and completion of all training classes conducted
  • Support operations in updating and maintaining Location Operations Manuals, ensuring procedures, safety practices, and contact information are reviewed and updated quarterly so that the manuals are aligned with best practices in current training.
  • Conduct weekly hands-on indoc training at the Training Center in CAK, ensuring new hires learn Foxtrot standards for aircraft and facility detailing techniques, equipment use, PPE requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Participate in new location manager indoc at least monthly, delivering on-site training for opening teams, new employees, and operational refreshes.
  • Conduct FoxTrot Internal Train the Trainer Certifications for managers
  • Conduct Management Essentials training
  • Conduct Train the Trainer Certifications for Major Air Line Cabin Cleaning and Security Search
  • Conduct Private Detailing Mastery Training at the CAK Training Center

Training Delivery
  • Deliver Engaging Training Across the Company
    • Hands on training meeting FoxTrot's needs at the Akron Canton Airport
    • Interactive, participative Microsoft Teams based training for all levels of the company
    • In person and Microsoft Teams based instruction on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Learning & Content Development
  • Assist in creating e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and quizzes that focus on:
    • Aircraft interior and exterior detailing techniques
    • FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention
    • Chemical and equipment safety
    • MRO coordination and hangar safety
    • Aircraft Type Training
    • Customer-specific SOPs and quality expectations
    • Airport Access - SIDA, AOA

  • Upload and maintain all digital training materials in the LMS with correct categorization, version control, and accessibility formatting.
  • Gather feedback from employees and leadership to fine-tune training materials for clarity, efficiency, and consistency across locations.
  • Assist with quality checks, testing, and updating of training materials based on new procedures, equipment upgrades, or regulatory changes.

Quality, Compliance, & Documentation
  • Help ensure training content and procedures comply with:
    • OSHA standards
    • Aviation safety and security requirements
    • PPE and chemical handling regulations
    • Company quality and service standards across private, commercial, and MRO sectors
  • Track company-wide training compliance, including required safety training, recertifications, and location-specific operational requirements.
  • Assist with periodic audits of training materials and operational manuals to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Track progress and timelines for training projects and content development.
  • Prepare training performance reports covering assignment completion, compliance, and quality improvement trends.
  • Work with subject matter experts-including experienced detailers, trainers, and quality managers-to ensure training is operationally accurate and aligns with customer expectations.
  • Support rollout of new processes, equipment, techniques, and technology used in detailing and facility maintenance.

Operational Support & Engagement
  • Serve as a first-line resource for LMS questions, training assignments, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, ensuring new hires receive correct assignments and system access.
  • Provide in-person support at Foxtrot locations, including hands-on coaching, process observations, and training reinforcement.
  • Travel regularly for CAK training center support and new location indoc (minimum monthly).
  • Work toward becoming familiar with and eventually supporting training needs within all service verticals: Facility, MRO, Private Aviation, and Commercial Aviation.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year background check and obtain airport badging.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes the recreational use of Marijuana)
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, lifting and using machinery such as buffers for extended periods of time.
  • Perform general manual labor.
  • Be comfortable working with heights.
