CAK Cafe Team Member

United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Team Members to join their Team at CAK Cafe located inside of the Akron-Canton Airport

Location Description: 

CAK Café is a quick-service restaurant featuring made-to-order American favorites such as sandwiches, pizza, wings, and all-day breakfast. The café includes a full coffee bar, fresh baked goods, and a retail shop showcasing local Akron-Canton brands and treats, all within a welcoming dining area. 

Position Summary: 

The CAK Café Team Member plays a key role in both guest service and food preparation, supporting operations at the front counter and in the kitchen. Team Members provide friendly, efficient service while preparing fresh meals and beverages, operating café equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and made-to-order food items 
  • Operate espresso machines, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment 
  • Take guest orders accurately, process payments, and provide excellent service at the front counter 
  • Assist with cooking, food prep, and baking while maintaining quality and consistency 
  • Stock inventory and organize retail and food displays 
  • Maintain a clean and orderly front counter, kitchen, and dining area 
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
