Bite Me BBQ - Urgent Hiring for a Highly Skilled Kitchen Manager

Bite Me BBQ is known for serving some of the best BBQ in Wichita, and is seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team. Here, you’ll have the chance to lead the crew, enhance your culinary management skills, and be part of a growing company that gives you the opportunity to grow as well!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards in cleanliness and food quality
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ensure costs of the kitchen are in check and being managed daily

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in kitchen management or a similar role preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
  • Passion for guest satisfaction and building a culture within the restaurant

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
