JOB SUMMARY

The Cage & Player Services Lead is responsible for assisting the Cage & Player Services Leadership Team in the successful operation of the Cage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for supervising the Cage operation and Player Services.
  • Responsible for guest service, relations and disputes to assure that our guests have a favorable gaming experience.
  • Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.  Facilitates, processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries.
  • Delegates duties and assign responsibilities to staff.
  • Assist in development of Team Members and participates in the coaching & retention process.
  • Abide by and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed to safeguard the gaming facilities assets and funds.
  • Review Cage activities and promotions with Cage & Player Services Leadership Team.
  • Fill-in as a Cashier and/or Main Banker when necessary (refer to the Cashier & Main Banker's Job Description).
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Management abilities demonstrated in managing the Cage profitability.
  • Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to assume shift responsibility relative to the performance of the department.
  • Black shoes required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • One to Three years of experience in a cashier/banking environment is preferred.
  • Valid Racing License.
