Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will prepare food items according to established recipes and production standards while ensuring compliance with all food safety, quality, and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, follows procedures closely, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items using approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensure proper food quality, portioning, and serving temperatures
  • Follow daily production sheets to maintain proper quantities and minimize waste
  • Monitor and document food safety and quality parameters
  • Take and record temperatures of ready-to-eat products (HACCP compliance)
  • Follow all Food Safety Plans (HACCP) and GMP requirements
  • Operate kitchen equipment and appliances according to company policies
  • Store food properly to prevent spoilage and maintain safe temperatures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Identify and report quality or safety concerns to supervisors
  • Support other departments as needed within the manufacturing facility

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in food manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • Understanding of cooking methods and food preparation procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
