General Definition and Scope of Job

The Food Production Worker conducts a variety of tasks within the department, (utility, room service, café server and general kitchen worker.)

JOB STATUS:

  • Full Time, 80 hours per pay period, 1st shift/varied

What are the Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements?

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Competency in communication skills, mathematics and computers.
  3. Good interpersonal skills and a team orientated attitude.
  4. Above average attention to personal hygiene.
  5. ServSafe Food Safety Certification or Ottawa County Health Department Food Safety Program preferred.

What are the Critical Demands of the Job?

  1. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
  2. Must be able to communicate to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
  3. Must be able to work in a team environment.
  4. Must be able to flex hours of schedule to meet the demands of the operation.
