Job Description:As the General Manager at E+ROSE Wellness Cafe, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and developing your staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders, while holding team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
  • Scheduling and Labor Management: Create and manage employee schedules, while controlling labor costs and ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  • Inventory Management: Own all ordering of inventory and keeping a close eye on product levels. Ensure timely replenishment of products to avoid shortages, while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Customer Service:Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
  • Food & Beverage Preparation:Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffee and toast.
  • Cleanliness & Organization:Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.
