We are seeking a high-impact District Manager to lead a portfolio of successful premium café locations across Chicago. This is an opportunity for an experienced multi-unit hospitality leader to drive operational excellence, develop high-performing General Managers, and help scale a fast-growing, guest-focused brand known for elevated product quality and exceptional service standards.

This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in high-volume, polished hospitality environments and know how to balance people development, financial performance, and operational execution.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead and develop multiple café locations across the Atlanta, GA market
  • Coach and mentor General Managers to drive accountability and performance
  • Execute operational strategies that improve sales, guest satisfaction, retention, and profitability
  • Ensure flawless execution of service, product quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Analyze district financial performance including labor, sales trends, controllable costs, and profitability
  • Build strong bench strength through hiring, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Partner with senior leadership on district growth initiatives and new store openings
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining exceptional guest experience standards
