About Us:
E+ROSE Wellness Company is a thriving, family-owned business on a mission to bring health and happiness to Nashville! We're not just about delicious plant-based bowls and smoothies - we're building a community where people connect through healthy living. Join our growing team as a Weekend Shift Team Member and be a part of something special! This person would be working our Saturday and Sunday shifts, offering our strongest tip opportunities!
About You:
Are you passionate about health and wellness, and love sharing that passion with others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and get a kick out of creating beautiful and delicious food? If so, we want to hear from you!
As a Weekend Shift Team Member at E+ROSE, you'll be a vital part of our team, responsible for:
  • Crafting Wellness: Hand-crafting our unique, plant-based bowls and smoothies to perfection using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Customer Connection: Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, answering questions about our menu, and providing exceptional service.
  • Community Champion: Embodying E+ROSE's commitment to wellness by connecting with customers and fostering a positive community vibe.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Loves Promoting Health: You're passionate about wellness and excited to share that passion with others.
  • Open to weekend shifts: Our customers love us, which means we are open 7 days a week and need support on our weekend shifts of Saturday and Sunday.
  • Quick Learner & Team Player: You're eager to learn, adaptable, and enjoy working collaboratively with a positive and supportive team.
  • Customer Focused: You have a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service and create a memorable experience.
  • Self-Starter: You're proactive, take initiative, and find satisfaction in a day's work well done.
