Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Cafe Operations Manager to support a highprofile client in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity for a handson leader who thrives in a fastpaced, guestfocused environment and is energized by building something new. Our cafe serves four meal periods daily. The manager will work a Sunday-Thursday schedule, primarily 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with the flexibility needed to support a dynamic operation.

We are currently operating out of a temporary kitchen and office space while our brandnew facility is under construction-making this a unique chance to help shape the future of the program from the ground up.

As the Cafe Operations Manager, you will lead all frontofhouse operations and ensure every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence

  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire a diverse cafe team

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
