Job description

Join our team at Buddy Brew Coffee, a specialty coffee company, and become a key player in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Barista. Full time and Part time positions available.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly as they enter the cafe
  • Guide guests through our diverse drink and food menu, answering any questions they may have
  • Take orders with careful attention to details such as coffee blend preferences, dairy choices, and sugar requirements
  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages following Buddy Brew Coffee recipes
  • Serve beverages in a high-quality and presentable manner
  • Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
  • Ensure stock levels of ceramic, cutlery, and paper goods are adequate
  • Regularly check and maintain brewing equipment, reporting any issues in the shift report
  • Adhere to local health and safety regulations
  • Communicate guest feedback to managers for continuous improvement
  • Actively suggest menu additions or alterations based on customer preferences
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

  • Previous work experience in the Food/Beverage industry
