Located in the heart of Johns Creek, we specialize in crafting delicious house-made breakfast, lunch, and dessert dishes, alongside the city’s best coffee and tea. Now, we’re searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Cafe Manager to help lead our team and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
What You'll DoAs our Assistant Cafe Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our cafe. Your mission? To support the Cafe Manager in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating our team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every guest feels valued by overseeing service quality and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Operations Management: Help with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring the cafe runs efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for food, drink, and cleanliness to reflect the State + Jones reputation.
- Problem-Solving: Step in to handle challenges with grace and professionalism.
We’re seeking someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry.
-Servsafe Food Service Manager Certification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A love for coffee, tea, and great food is a bonus!
