We're hiring a Front of House Manager to lead our Snow City Cafe team!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader who keeps service running smoothly while supporting both staff and guests. They are responsible for hiring, training, and productivity of the Front of House team. They should motivate team on sales building, developing relationships with staff and guests, and on-going development of the Front of House team. Snow City Cafe is known for an energetic, people-first environment focused on hospitality, accountability, and leadership development.
We’re an award-winning locally owned restaurant known for contemporary comfort food, a fun, eclectic vibe, and a team that takes pride in great hospitality.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years FOH restaurant experience
  • Able to adapt and remain positive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment
  • Possess strong professional oral and written communication skills necessary for interacting with staff, guests, and vendors over the phone, in person, and via email
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive, adaptable, and organized
  • Passion for guest experience
  • Problem solving ability and sound judgement
  • Work fluidly as part of a team or independently
