Founded in 2011 by a group of friends, we've blossomed into a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States.About the Role:In this role, the Shift Lead will contribute to our company's success by assisting the manager in executing and maintaining operations at our cafe establishment. They are responsible for delegating tasks, maintaining a safe and clean environment for our team members, and ensuring all operations run smoothly when the manager is not present. This position regularly demands 25-30 hours per week. Work hours vary depending on orders placed but can be discussed. Generally, weekdays are between 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.Job Responsibilities:In the Shift Lead role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:Ensuring that all operations are consistently maintained to a high standard with or without a manager presentRemaining calm in stressful or unexpected situations to ensure smooth operations while assisting team members adapting to the circumstances.
