Job Summary:
Intazza is looking to hire a part-time barista with 1-3 years of experience in the trade. Primary responsibilities include creating Intazza Coffee recipes with a traditional espresso machine while following the company's vision. Customer service is key in this position at all times. Displaying great attributes of respect is very important. Overall, we are looking for a people person who is capable of managing restaurant speed and quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill customer orders
  • Make all drinks to Intazza Standards and recipes
  • Greet and Acknowledge customers as they walk through the door and engage in conversations while at the register.
  • Always smile.
  • Don't argue with customers
  • Charge customers correctly. Always repeat their order back to them to make sure you have it correct.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
