NEW STORE OPENING LOOKING FOR PART-TIME CREW MEMBERS
Job Title: Crew Member (Part-time)
Reports To: Store Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Summary/Objective
We are looking for individuals with a great attitude, positive work ethic, and self-motivation, to join our fun, family-orientated staff! We offer flexible hours, individualized paid training, and opportunities to grow within the company.
Perform operational duties to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products to Little Caesars customers.
Essential Functions

  • Accurately perform and assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of Little Caesar menu items.
  • Stock delivery in designated locations with first-in-first-out rotation.
  • Operate commercial equipment for dough and sauce preparation daily.
  • Maintain daily preps, answer phones, accurately take and assemble customer orders.
  • Ensure online portal and online delivery orders meet customer promise time.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, maintaining high standards that represent and reflect the corporate image. Daily cleaning duties include washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping the entire floor and as needed throughout the scheduled shift. Maintain a clean and orderly bathroom and carry out the trash as needed.
  • Perform routine sanitization and disinfection as recommended.
  • Properly disassemble, clean, and reassemble operational equipment, such as the dough equipment (ONLY if 18 years of age or older!) while following lock-out tag-out guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate uniform attire and good personal hygiene. Uniform consists of black pants or shorts, non-slip shoes, a Little Caesar hat, and a Little Caesar shirt.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This job operates in a fast-food environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • 18 years or older to clean appropriate operational machinery.
  • May be required to lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Push and pull up to 55lbs.
  • Active movement throughout the day: walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, etc. (not a sedentary position).
  • Vision; close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Hearing: able to satisfactorily communicate with customers and other staff members to ensure that verbal communication is clearly understood, or a satisfactorily equivalent method of communication.
  • Finger dexterity is needed to prepare the product.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels and hectic, fast-paced, high-anxiety environments.
  • Must be able to work with 650ยฐ oven temperatures.
  • Must be able to withstand 90ยฐ heat in the summer.
