Job Description:
Provide a qualified Mechanical Engineer with demonstrated experience in performing FEA and thermal analyses in compliance with DO-160 requirements. The scope of work specifically pertains to electronic products used in aviation, as well as the associated wiring harnesses. The ideal candidate should have experience in these areas, along with a strong background in mechanical engineering.

โ€ขTransitioning of legacy products to a new contract manufacturer.
โ€ขDeveloping and implementing a robust mechanical design process for the engineering team.
โ€ขProficiency with ANSYS simulation tools for performing FEA
โ€ขWorking knowledge of Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling is desirable
โ€ขExpert knowledge of SolidWorks for complex modeling, simulation tools, and PDM workflows.
โ€ขEnsure compliance with on-site security and operational requirements.
