Lockhart Cadillac's new state of the art facility is open and we are looking to expand our sales force in Greenwood. Sales Consultants assist and guide our clients in the purchase of their new vehicle. As a family owned business, we value relationships and want to develop our relationship with clients and employees. Seek seasoned professional as well as candidate looking to get into the dealership world. Very aggressive pay plan with potential to earn $100,000+
Automotive Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to any client who enters the showroom or sales lot.
  • Assists clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
  • Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
  • Exhibits high level of commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Delivers vehicles to clients, ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Drive to excel with a passion for automobiles.
  • GM or luxury car experience preferred, but not required.
  • Energetic and client service oriented.
  • Understanding of automotive terminology, including equity and values, with ability to converse with clients regarding it.
  • Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
