Job description

Restaura is dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral health and addiction recovery outpatient facility in Decatur. We are currently seeking a motivated and certified CADC to join our clinical team and help support our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor to lead group programming and provide individual support to clients in our PHP/IOP setting. The ideal candidate is organized, skilled in group facilitation, and passionate about recovery. Clinical supervision is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Group Facilitation: Lead approximately 6 hours of group programming daily within the PHP/IOP curriculum.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct individual sessions with assigned clients to monitor progress and address specific recovery goals.

Assessments: Conduct assessments if necessary.

• Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans, and updates) in accordance with facility and state standards.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must hold a valid CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification or equivalent state license.

• Experience working in a PHP (Partial Hospitalization) or IOP (Intensive Outpatient) setting is preferred.
