Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will:

  • Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily activities

  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

  • Turn and reposition residents who require assistance

  • Respond to resident calls and requests, providing comfort and care

  • Communicate observations about resident conditions to nursing staff and supervisors

  • Accurately document care using forms, logs, and reports

  • Follow facility policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality

  • Participate in ongoing CNA training and stay current with facility standards

  • Contribute to a positive work environment by proactively assisting the team

CNA Qualifications & Skills
