Job description

Job Title: Cost Analyst Job Category: Finance and Accounting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity CACI is seeking a Cost Analyst to support Project Manager Mobile Brigade Combat Team (PM MBCT) at Ft Belvoir VA. The Cost Analyst will provide technical leadership in the areas of cost analysis and project management support to include life cycle cost analysis, program financial planning, cost estimate model development, and cost policy application. Responsibilities: * Provide expertise in managing and executing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software
* Provide initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams
* Provide support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
* Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) Qualifications: Required: * Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics
* A minimum of four (4) years of related experience
* Ability to model and analyze data Desired: * Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software expertise

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
