We are expanding our operations leadership team with a forward-thinking manager who is passionate about guiding high-performance technical teams and shaping user-centric capabilities that directly support the U.S. defense and intelligence communities. Responsibilities: * Manage and mentor a team of operations support specialists responsible for technical troubleshooting, system readiness, customer support, and field operations.
* Provide strategic direction for how CACI systems-including APERTURE, POINTGUARD, and GEOnet. Ensuring systems are supported, trained, and optimized across customer environments.
* Oversee customer support workflows, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and quality.
* Coordinate and approve training plans, ensuring customers receive effective instruction (virtual, onsite, or classroom-based) on CACI software capabilities.
* Drive operational readiness across deployed systems by ensuring your team follows best practices in Linux-based system maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration.
* Lead cross-functional engagement with development, security, program management, and support teams to align operational outcomes with program objectives.
* Own the operational bug-tracking cycle, ensuring issues are documented, tracked in JIRA, reviewed regularly, and communicated with actionable clarity.
* Produce high-level operational metrics, reports, and executive summaries for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
* Guide testing and validation efforts for new operational builds, ensuring your team provides timely feedback on performance, reliability, and mission readiness.
* Oversee after-hours or surge operational support, ensuring appropriate coverage for critical missions.
* Represent CACI during customer engagements, delivering briefings, demonstrations, and technical discussions at both tactical and executive levels. Qualifications: Required: * Active TS/SCI with polygraph required
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, typically with 10+ years of related technical or military experience
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams or operations support functions
* Strong background in SIGINT, ISR operations, and associated military systems
* Experience with Navy cryptologic systems such as SSEE INC E/F, BANSHEE, CCOP
* Significant proficiency in Windows, Linux, and distributed systems
* DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (e.g., CompTIA NET+)
* Ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent programs
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
* Ability to travel 25%-50%, depending on mission needs Desired: * Prior experience as a cryptologic maintainer or collector, with advanced knowledge of Navy and Joint cryptologic platforms
* Experience with Unmanned Aviation Systems and broader ISR platforms
* Background configuring or operating DRT-based equipment
* Advanced Linux skills, including scripting (Bash/Python)
* DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
