Job description

We are looking for someone who truly enjoys the green industry. If you get energized and motivated about maintaining beautiful landscapes and being a part of a collaborative team, this may be the job for you! If you describe yourself as a detail-oriented go-getter with a desire to grow your career, we want to hear from you!
As a Lawncare Specialist, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will work with a team of 2-5 team members and perform general landscape maintenance duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality.
Here's an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:
  • Cutting turf using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment in a safe manner
  • Properly weeding client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment.
  • Planting, grooming and maintaining plant material.
  • Performing site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
  • Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 months of related experience
  • Holds or can obtain a round-up permit upon hire
  • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check

  • Transportación confiable.

Habilidades y Experiencia Preferidas
  • Bilingüe Español e Inglés.
  • Licencia de conducir válida de Florida y capacidad de pasar un chequeo de MVR.
