What You'll Do
  • Perform commercial electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for a variety of commercial facilities.
  • Complete special projects, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, lighting systems, and basic lighting controls.
  • Pull wire and cable, bend and install EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit as required.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
  • Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops while following all OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Identify, correct, and report safety hazards and code deficiencies.
  • Lead by example while mentoring, training, and supporting apprentices and junior technicians.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and career development.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of commercial electrical service experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to troubleshoot commercial electrical systems efficiently.
  • Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, lighting installations, and electrical controls.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team.
