What You'll Do
  • Perform start-up, commissioning, and testing of newly installed equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.
  • Complete retrofit, replacement, and renovation projects according to schedule.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and recommend equipment upgrades when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and daily reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (project experience preferred).
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC controls.
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
