HVAC Service Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure the delivery of high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation
- Manage and mentor service technicians to ensure efficient and professional service delivery
- Develop and implement service procedures, standards, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing service issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control departmental budgets, expenses, and profitability
- Coordinate with sales and project teams for seamless project execution and service support
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product offerings
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC service management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification preferred
- Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
