Job description

We are hiring a Wiring Technician to support wire preparation and cable/harness assembly in a production environment. This role is focused on light, primarily seated work, performing repetitive wiring tasks with high accuracy and consistency.
 
Responsibilities
• Perform wire preparation: cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling
• Assemble cable and wire harnesses using work instructions and diagrams
• Route, bundle, and secure wires to required specifications
• Perform visual inspection and basic continuity checks
• Identify defects (incorrect crimps, damaged wires, mislabeling) and correct them
• Follow standard work instructions to ensure consistent output
• Maintain workstation organization and material control
• Meet daily production targets for volume and quality
 
Requirements
• 6+ months experience in wire prep, cable assembly, or similar production work
• Experience using hand tools (wire cutters, strippers, crimpers)
• Ability to follow diagrams or step-by-step work instructions
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a seated environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team setting
 
Preferred
• Experience with cable harness assembly
• Experience working with production quotas or line-based work
 
Physical Requirements
