Applications Engineer-Cabinet Vision, Division Production Software
Summary
Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Applications Engineer-Cabinet Vision, for Production Software Division. This is a remote position based in the United States.
Works closely with the Application Engineering Manager to meet customer needs. Provide comprehensive, professional application & support services to CABINET VISION's existing customers and resellers. Responsible for the implementation of the various training, integration, and customization functions made available to CABINET VISION end-users in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities
. Provide Technical Support services when required
• Provides Online and/or Onsite training services to customers
• Provides Online and/or Onsite Machine integration services to customers
• Performs post processor modifications when required
• When needed, provides customer introduction and follow-up calls
• Assists customers by facilitating the creation and modification of or creating and modifying custom reports, UCS and catalogues/libraries
• Maintain proper notes on customer interactions
• Obtains and shares customer feedback so products and services can be improved
• Escalate serious complaints or critical issues to next level when resolution cannot be attained
• Identify critical issues and escalate them to Applications Engineering Manager, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
• Maintain polite, helpful, courteous, and professional manner always
• Continuous learning by attending training classes, independent research, and seminars as needed
• Point person to assign complex technical and business matters
• Performs other related duties as assigned
