About Milarc Cabinets

Milarc Cabinets has been designing and manufacturing custom cabinetry in Northern Colorado since 1980. As a locally owned and operated company, we've grown into one of the region's premier custom cabinet manufacturers by combining exceptional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing technology.


We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Cabinet Vision Engineer to join our engineering team. This is not an entry-level drafting position—we're seeking someone who is an expert in Cabinet Vision and can confidently manage complex projects while optimizing our engineering and manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and process cabinet projects using Cabinet Vision.
  • Generate accurate production-ready files for manufacturing.
  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Cabinet Vision assemblies, standards, and engineering logic.
  • Ensure all parts are optimized for manufacturing and compatible with shop equipment.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineering, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Advanced proficiency in Cabinet Vision is required.
  • Extensive experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Cabinet Vision projects.
  • Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing methods and production workflows.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.


Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have experience with:

  • S2M Center
  • Cut Rite
  • CNC manufacturing and nested-based production
  • Cabinet Vision standards, UCS programming, and automation
  • Manufacturing optimization and workflow development


Position Details:

  • Location: Remote (within the U.S.) or On-Site at our Windsor, CO office
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Compensation: Based on experience
